Do this before Day 1
- Create an IBM Quantum Platform account.
- Install Python 3.10+ and set up a virtual environment.
- Install Qiskit and confirm it imports correctly.
- Bring a charged laptop with a working webcam/mic if required for team sessions.
- Confirm stable internet access — sessions may require cloud quantum access.
- Join the official community channel for pre-event announcements.
